The Role
I very much enjoyed my placement. It was a great experiecne which offered the oppurtuinty to gain both invaluable social and professional skills.
I did feel valued by my colleagues, they are all very professional and responsable employees. Where credit was due I recieved it, and where I was told to improve an explanation and advice was offered.
I was given credible support and guidance by the management; however, if I was going to be very pedantic, I would say that I would have benefited from clearer and more concise instruction.
I was always busy and never found myself without work or purpose.
My response will always be limited, because as an intern there is general and expected level of responsibility that I will be given; that being said, I was given tasks that demanded responsibility. I went to visit a site on my own and aided various valuation reports - both proof reading them, and presenting comparable evidence.
They didnt assist me in my degree studies, but they undeniably helped me build skill sets that I simply could not have built without experiencing the placement.
The Company
Always vibrant and jolly.
Very well organised.
Not as much as they could have because I was rooted to one type of job for the entire placement.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Extremely appealing, this is a very impressive and accommodating company.
The Culture
Absolutlely.
Expesnive, but that shouldn't come as a surprise.
Perfectly amicable.
Yes, including sports.
