The Role
A Good variety of interesting work projects including varying degrees of responsibility.
As part of a busy team, other employees depend on you daily.
Good Appraisal system with the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your placement and personal performance. A well structured training programme also allowed support and guidance with day to day jobs and an opportunity to present to senior management.
Due to the nature of certain projects/work some days could be quiet, however, there was always something that could be done or improved further. At some stages I felt challenged by the amount of work I had to complete, particularly nearing the end of my placements, however, this allowed me to develop greatly.
If you show you are capable and keen to learn then there is always an opportunity to be given more responsibility. At times I felt accountable for the success of a number of vital projects.
My placement allowed me to develop my core skills greatly. I really see this as a benefit to my work approach in my final year.
The Company
A great company to work for. There is a professional but relaxed atmosphere and as an IP you feel very welcome.
Clear structure and training programme.
A substantial investment in French lessons as part of the ADP training programme and also dedicated training days with a management company.

The Culture
