The Role
Internship was a great hands on experience! I enjoyed meeting new people, making great connections and finally getting a taste of proffesional work.
The team I worked in closely cooperated with one another to run the operations of the branch successfully.
Every member in team, not only managers were willing to help me devlop my skills and show how things work. Moreover, everyone was really patient with my questions (I had a lot of those!).
The branch had a fast paced environment which in my opinion is a good thing as the day would pass in no time!
This was the BEST part of my internship. I was given authority to make my own decisions as a manager, solve complaints and handle various situations by myself. I was allowed to do pretty much anything, as long as it is the right thing to do for the customer and I can justify why am I doing this.
I am 100% that the skill I gained in the company will be useful in any other job I might do in the future!
The Company
We had our stressful moments and various types of customers, but in general there is normally positive vibe in the office, various visits from Enterprise employees from other offices and different incentives.
The internship could not be organised any better. The management team has constantly kept an eye on us, giving a hand when needed and encouraging to progress and develop our personal skills.
No expense was spared. Training days were organised for all interns every once in a while, where all travel expenses and even hotels were covered by the company. There was ALWAYS people around, that were ready to answer any questions or direct us the right way to find the answers ourselves.
