The Role
Very much so, it was a really enjoyable but challenging experience
From the first day I felt fully supported by both my team and cohort of interns.
My line manager was perfect in that she set clear objectives and deadlines, but gave me the independence and flexibility to add my own influence and set my own path.
There was always something to be getting on with. I was extremely busy in the last couple of weeks as my projects were coming to an end, but this is only natural.
My role involved representing the company across its social media channels and uploading content - high responsibility!
Time management is a skill I will most definitely be taking away with me for my final year.
The Company
Good atmosphere, very friendly.
Great organisation with lots of development activities
As said above, we had some really insightful events put on for us.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Travel loan
Very appealing! I now have a place on the marketing graduate scheme.
The Culture
Perfect. Lots of trips to thorpe park, legoland, london and some great nights out! There was a really great community spirit in our accommodation.
Windsor is a pricey area, so just cheaper than london prices.
Not really my cup-of-tea but it didn't matter as the group always made it!
Not that many, but I wasn't actively looking.
