The Role
Isolated location and no other employees in same age range, although very nice & helpful no out of work interaction.
Felt valued in person and work
Graduate recruitment support very good Line manager support brilliant in tough circumstances
Often struggling to find work, picked up towards end
Fair amount often tough to utilize
No technical development really, good corporate knowledge and networking development

Friendly and comfortable
Fairly well, some issues but none impossible to overcome
Very, very highly, cannot commend enough the money and time this company is happy to put into your development

Good salary & high investment in training indvidiuals. Very versatile and fantastic career opportunities
