The Role
Very enjoyable all round experience
I was made to feel valued and welcome in the team from my first day on my desk
I was given constant support by both my manager and my supervisor. They were always willing to help me qand took an interest in mypersonal development
There was always something for me to do everyday. The nature of the role meant that some days were a lot busier than others, but there was never a day when I felt bored or had nothing to do.
In the projects I worked on, was given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to express myself and my ideas.
I believe that the skills I have picked up on this internship will be very useful going forward and transferrable to many different scenarios.
The Company
Very good atmosphere in the office, always someone to talk to.
Very well organised, a clear structure was communicated from day one. Both from an overall HR perspective, and also from a team perspective as well.
The company invested a lot in us as interns. There were many formal training courses during the induction week to prepare us for the internship ahead. Throughout the course of the internship, there were further opportunities for learning and development.
Company Parties/Events
There is the opportunity to be offered a job at the end of the internship
The Culture
Good social scene, there were always fellow interns willing to go out
Can be quite expensive socialising in central london
Always something different to do in London
There are opportunities available if you make the time to look into them, lots on offer
