The Role
Rating 8. I enjoyed it very much, learning from different stakeholders across the business and interacting with tem.
Rating 9. My colleagues made me feel valued as a member of the team and the wider company. I was given responsibility to take on my own projects and interact with diferent areas of the business.
Rating 10. I had weekly meetings with my line manager and meetings with other members of the team providing insightful feedback allowing me to develop my busness and personal skills.
Rating 6. This varied during my placement due to the timings of the work. Sometimes I found myself with not a lot to do, but other times it was quite full on. This was also because for much of the work, a professional qualification was required.
Rating 7. I was given responsibility to manage my own projects and work and from time to time to gain guidance from other members.
Rating 7. Although I have learnt a lot of new skills and developed emy current skill set, as I have already graduated it is not applicable for assisting my degree studies. However I can see these skills to be a necessity for when I go into the business world.
The Company
9. A very positive atmosphere and collegiate feel within the team.
Rating 7. Most of hte time I felt I had work to do, but on occassions I felt I had to stretch out work to keep myself busy and at times not much work was available for me to do. But when I was busy I was able to do the work required within the specified time. The events set up by the graduate team were useful for example, the Excel training course and the Presenting with Impact training course.
Rating 8. I felt the company invested in me quite heavily. Not only with the various amounts of training courses available but also the opportunities they provided and additional benefits available to me.

Rating 9. From discussing with employees within Centrica, there are a lot of opportunities for future employment within the company. Not only the opportunity to work within centrica, but also their other businesses and the opportunity to work across different streams and business units.
The Culture
Rating 10. There was a very good social scene between placement students. Many of the interns got along very well and I can luckily call some of them good friends which I hope to keep in contact with.
Rating 10. As accomodation was pre-paid by the company it was well priced. Places to eat, drink and go out were reasonably priced too.
Rating 6. Nightlife is quite good, but this is dependent on the people you are out with. London is only 30 minutes away as well.
Rating 5. There were very few activities to get involved with. Most of the time placement students would come up with activities to do to keep ourselves busy.
