    • Lots of interns - sociable Interesting work

    • Fairly - interns are useless at first but contributing by the end

    • Good mentoring system so always someone to ask for help

    • Nice atmosphere, work hard but quite fun and sociable activities in the evenings

    • Very well organised, obviously been going for a while. Too many meetings, though!

    • Yes, plenty of interns and lots of young employees, lots of company pub trips etc
