The Role
I really enjoyed it, developed some fantastic skills and worked on a really influential project.
Very welcomed, by the end of week one I felt as though I had been part of the team for years. They were all really supportive and treated me as they would any other colleague.
Lots of support. Weekley meetings where I got feedback on how I had performed. I had a my progress document which I continually updated and went through with my supervisor.I got lots of detailed feedback on my end of presentation too.
Very busy, I had a meaty project which had loads to do so I was always busy, always had something to do but not to an extent where I felt overworked.
Lots! The work I did is going to be used in the 47 million change plan for 2015!
I will definately be using the skills I developed in the future, particulary the presentaion skills I developed. I was given the chance to present to a very senoir group of people within the buisness, this was a great development opportunity.
The Company
Well balanced. Friendly and people were very approachable but there was still a very corporate feel about it.
Very well organised. We had free accomodation organised for us, development days for all the interns, training courses we could attend.
We had development days where we got excell training and did team work tasks which included rock climbing! There were also a number of training courses we could opt in to attend every two or three weeks. We had a presentation session where we learnt skills on how to present with impact.

The Culture
Yes there was 25 of us all living together on Royal Holloway campus we all did stuff together at the weekends, BBQ's trips to Thorpe Park, Legoland, Windsor castle! There was a tennis court on campus and I played tennis most evenings with my peers.
Expensive! London prices!
Good, had to get Taxi's to windsor but it was always great when we got out there.
Yes with tennis courts and a gym on campus and being right next to winsor great park there was lots to do in the evenings.
