The Role
Very friendly and professional work environment, plenty of opportunities to get involved and attend various social events.
Colleagues are happy to delegate work and responsbility to you, lots of interaction with colleagues at all levels who are keen to help you develop professionally.
I received plenty of support and guidance by management, if I had any queries they were approachable and helpful.
On average I had work to keep me busy the whole day. As is the nature of the industry, there will be days when you are really busy and have to put extra hours in, and days were you are struggling to stay busy.
I was given a reasonable level of responsbility,
I have developed important professional skills such as public speaking, team work and communication as well as technical knowledge which are applicable to any degree or career.
