About You
Very much so. I found it very interesting to hear what the bank had to offer me and how the bank works.
Everyone was treated as equal yet they made everyone feel valued and at ease.
As it was just an insight day not much support was needed/given. However many employees were keen to offer us tips and leave contact details for if we wanted any more information.
The skills I developed during this insight day will definitely help me when I look for jobs next year.
The Company
Very well. The talks were broken up by activities so we did not get bored.
Fantastic. Everyone was lovely and made you feel wanted.
As it was an insight day the development was aimed to the room as a whole.
They gave me somewhat of an idea. The day was more about how to succeed at the interview stage.
A lot. As it was a Female Insight Day it showed me how much the company value all it's employees.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed up to £30 of travel expenses.
Yes at the end and at lunch.
Very good. Employees were keen to give out their contact details so we could talk to them after the day if needs be.
