The Role
It was a remarkable learning experience for me
people are friendly and try to make life easier to new interns I was given an important piece of work to accomplish which increased my sense of being valued
I consider myself lucky for having a patient and supportive supervisor Not only in terms of the work and tasks I am given but also I have received a lot of support to finish my thesis from my direct manager and other managers as well
I was given tasks yet i wasn't micro managed which was great for me
I would say moderate responsibilities yet challenging
The task was very challenging for me yet I would say that I learned lot from my supervisor and colleges And the learning experience was not only technical but also soft skills
The Company
The office is a bit quite yet there is room for social interaction over the lunch hour
Interns are given importance and things were planned before our arrival which gave me personally a sense of being valued
I have received training related to the task that I am supposed to finish
Flexi Time
