The Role
I can happily say I have enjoyed my placement at Enterprise.
I have made some great friends and it has been so good to work with such young, savvy, like minded colleagues.
The support was always there when I needed it and I knew where to find it if necessary.
Extremely busy during certain periods then sometimes quiet depending on the time of the year and day in the week.
Given a lot of responsibilty especially when running the branch but there were always colleagues to rely on for guidance.
I have learnt skills for life such as customer service and sales, which I often did not realise I was gaining which will help me with my future choices.
The Company
Sometimes slightly rushed and busy but plenty of laughs everyday!
Absolutely brilliantly.
I was treated as a Management Trainee with the exact same training schedule. Enteprise put a high importance of leanring on the job which is great but also set very specific training days and a structured training folder for us to set realistice goals.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing. I have been told by multiple members of management they would love me to return after university if a vacancy becomes available.
The Culture
We would regularly go for after work drinks/nights out or for events or birthdays.
I lived at home during my placement year.
Good, better at uni but not bad at home.
Yes charity work and event days also career fairs at universirties
