  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I can happily say I have enjoyed my placement at Enterprise.

  • I have made some great friends and it has been so good to work with such young, savvy, like minded colleagues.

  • The support was always there when I needed it and I knew where to find it if necessary.

  • Extremely busy during certain periods then sometimes quiet depending on the time of the year and day in the week.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Given a lot of responsibilty especially when running the branch but there were always colleagues to rely on for guidance.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I have learnt skills for life such as customer service and sales, which I often did not realise I was gaining which will help me with my future choices.

  • Sometimes slightly rushed and busy but plenty of laughs everyday!

  • Absolutely brilliantly.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I was treated as a Management Trainee with the exact same training schedule. Enteprise put a high importance of leanring on the job which is great but also set very specific training days and a structured training folder for us to set realistice goals.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Very appealing. I have been told by multiple members of management they would love me to return after university if a vacancy becomes available.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We would regularly go for after work drinks/nights out or for events or birthdays.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I lived at home during my placement year.

  • Good, better at uni but not bad at home.

  • Yes charity work and event days also career fairs at universirties
