The Role
The job was very interactive and we were not required to sit at an office all day. It was enjoyable and interesting.
I felt like I was not treated as an intern but somebody more valuable to the company.
All questions even simple questions were answered. Support was brilliant.
A good balance as we were always engaged in the interesting topic yet never too busy or bored.
A fair amount of responsibility. Enough to do my own thing.
The skills learnt were fantastic as we would regularly learn something new with engaging presentations.
The Company
Fantastic as all people were friendly.
The internship seemed to have flown past as if it had been less than a month.
Barclays clearly invest a lot into their interns future as I had always felt valued.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
To receive a job offer you must complete the tasks with at least an A rating. I am very interested in a job there.
The Culture
There were several events available for us interns to get to know eachother such as go karting and nights out.
A fairly high cost of living however I wasn't too surprised as I had lived and studied in London.
There is plenty of nightlife in the centre of London.
Not many however the interns had organised a few football and badminton sessions.
