The Role
The work was interesting and the people were great
They always thanked me for my work and help.
Barely received any feedback.
Some quiet moments, but usually just enough to keep me occupied.
Bit tricky, the work on my desk required a lot of knowledge but I was set individual tasks.
The Company
Everyone was always pretty chirpy. A laugh or two. When things were very busy people did not get too stressed, they just got on with it, so you never felt uncomfortable.
We had an orientation week, events throughout as well as tutorials. Managed very well by HR.
As above the orientation week and then tutorials throughout. Also just learnt so much on the desk in terms of personal training and development.
Subsidised/Company Gym
As of yet not sure.
The Culture
In other departments yes, but in mine we did not go out together. However, everyone was lovely.
I was fortunate enough to live with my sisters, so in terms of rent not sure. Expensive around the building.
Not sure.
If run by the bank no, but it was just an internship so not really opportunity to get heavily involved.
