The Role
It was very well organised - from training to the actual work. I was given actual responsibility where I was given credit for everything done well but was also responsible for everything that didn't go well. It was a steep learning curve but I enjoyed every bit of it, especially the high-level exposure to the client.
I felt extremely valued by my colleagues; they were very friendly, quite intelligent and were not only supportive but also provided useful feedback.
Senior Management was very approachable and given that they were not in meetings; they were always willing to help/teach/discuss.
Although it depends from project to project and no two days were the same. I worked an average of 11-14 hours a day. I was quite busy with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
I was given a lot of responsibility and as I continued to perform well; I was given more responsibility including critical tasks.
The skills that I learnt/developed will be extremely helpful, maybe not so much with my studies but most definitely in the business world.
The Company
We usually worked on the client site (so my experiences might not apply to all projects). The atmosphere was very nice - Accenture and client people worked together and it was a comfortable and professional environment.
It was very well organised!
We were provided high-end training on technical skills like MS Excel and soft-skills like presentation/communication, etc.

The Culture
Yes, we used to get together on Fridays and weekends.
I worked in three cities including London and Manchester, so it really depends. London was obviously not the cheapest!
London and Manchester - both have good places to go out. We went to office parties to really nice places - but it was all paid for by Accenture!
Yes there were but I was too busy with my work and used weekends to catch up on sleep and TV.
