About You
Very informative and useful insight. However, a bit more effort could have been put to differentiate between qualities needed for specific lines of services in PwC.
I felt valued all the time, but obviously I couldn't contribute to any real life projects.
I received a general feedback after the Talent Academy, however it'd rather have some guidance after each exercise.
My soft skills developed incredibly; nothing relevant to my course (engineering) but that's expected.
The Company
We were given a very detailed timetable at the beginning of the insight. It was full activities but it wasn't overpacked.
The atmosphere was fantastic, made me want to work for the company. I'd love to have people with so much positive energy as my coworkers in any firm in the future.
They invested a lot in the insight program. Hotel, food, events - everything was excellent.
It gave an overview of a kind of work in the company, however, it didn't put any emphasis on the differences between the lines of service (the only way to learn about it was by networking with partners). Therefore, I'm still not sure which division I prefer to work in.
I feel that I understand what the culture in PwC is.
Everything Else
Travel cost and accomodation covered. Unpaid.
Everyday there was an opportunity to chat with partners, who were around, especially in the evening.
Networking wasn't different from networking on campus. There was a social event on the first evening, but not much apart from that. However, there were opportunities all the time to interact with other 'delegates'
Not really
Definitely worth it.
