The Role
I feel that the reason it was only a 7, was due to the lack of opportunity we were given in terms of wanting to progress from day one. For example, development folders were taken away from us which could have meant we would be more inclined to be more involved.
I feel that depending on what branch you are located in all depends on the attitude of other colleaugues. I feel that I got on well with my colleagues, but some times I just felt like an Admin assistant.
As above, it depends where you are based.
Some days I was fairly busy, other I was majorly bored. I didnt expect it to be so quiet. Again, i tdepends where you are placed.
The Company
everyone got on, we were all fun people
lots of steps to get into the internship so i would say it was very well organised. the moentoring system was very well planned out even if it was the first year of doing it
yes and no. we were given a weeks training at the beginning and then one day after that. but again with thre development folder, this could have brought more investment with myself into the company
not brilliant. long hours, low pay, until you are lucky and someone moves and you can maybe gt their job
The Culture
yes. i made lots of freinds within the area and had many social events
I already lived in the area
same as usual. i already lived in the area
I heard about a Badminton club at the very start, then nothing on the subject again
