The Role
I was given a really interesting, exciting project to work on, which made all the difference in being able to enjoy my day to day work.
My colleagues were always interested to hear my progress and were more than happy for me to spend time talking things through with them if I had a problem.
This was one of the best parts of the internship, I had a mentor and supervisor and lots of feedback to say how to improve.
Not too busy, but towards the end things really picked up
My project was my own, and I was in charge of deciding what data I needed, who to speak to,
Not sure - I am starting a masters afterwards so will have to see, but I felt this has definitely prepared me for whatever I choose to do afterwards.
The Company
Relaxed and friendly
Issues at the start, but otherwsie fine
Lots of people out a lot of time into giving me feedback
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
There are lots of opportunities for development, but you cannot move between skill pools which can be a problem if you are unhappy with what you orgininally thought you wanted to do
The Culture
Very good - the Energie network made sure there was always a way to meet new people
Quite high - central London
Not great in Canary Wharf, but you can easily go elsewhere
Lots!
