The Role
This was the best opportunity you could get if you want a career in Oil & Gas, nurture and development to bring you up to standard for a job offer
i felt part of the team, they did not treat me any different
i was allowed to develop my own ideas and run with them, regular updates allowed me to show my line manager where i was and if he felt i was straying he would offer a suggestion
it was a relaxed environment, if you met targets and attended the meetings you needed to attend you could work at your own pace.
I was the main driving force for the project i had and accountable for all the deliverables
This placement will change my career path regardless of assessment outcome, i have became a stronger engineer with deeper understandings
