The Role
The team was very friendly so it was enjoyable The HR social events were also fun
Depended on which tasks were given and who I worked with
Was guided through tasks and always given help when needed
Some days there wasn't much work given other days working till 3am
Some work was quite basic and didn't have much responsibility attached to it But was given some responsibilities
Time management and working under pressure has definately improved

Some basic general HR training in the first week

I hope I get a job here and would definately accept if offered
The Culture
Organised HR events: First week - networking drink Social event mid internship - dragon boat racing and a BBC End of internship - party at Kennsington Roof Gardens But not much socialising organised amongst ourselves because of the hours....
