The Role
Good project work and learnt a lot during my placement.
The team were incredibly busy and so didn't have too much time to spend widening my knowledge of the systems and the BAU of the team. However, everyone was very friendly.
Given support in the projects.
Towards the beginning I wasn't too busy but this progressed until I was very busy towards the end.
Wasn't given too much responsibility- wasn't able to talk to clients.
Developed many skills that will help me to progress further.
The Company
Was generally quite fun but everyone worked hard.
The HR/CDP team were very organised in the setting up of the placement and the events they set up but at a management level it was quite unorganised.
Conducted a few online training courses and many shadowing sessions.
Financial Bonus
Got a graduate job for 2015.
The Culture
Great social events for all interns.
Very reasonably priced and I lived at home!
Great!
Yes many opportunities- sport facilities and clubs, working groups as well.
