The Role
It was an excellent experience and definetely a right choice for my summer. I had a great opportunity to gain insight in the technology banking industry.
All of my colleagues treated me with respect and offered valuable help and insight daily. They were friendly, willing to answer my questions and embraced me as a member of their team.
Support and guidance were provided in a very satisfactory level form my manager and HR department.
I was pretty busy daily. whenever I did not have to do real work, I had always training or a networking event.
Due to security and confidential issues that exist in the banking industry the responsibility that I was given was not so much. But I was always allowed to shadow my manager and other colleagues and learn from them.
I gained valuable knowledge and skills from my work and training that I feel wiil enable me to have a successful career in the technology and banking industry.
The Company
Despite that everyone is busy, the atmosphere is very friendly and always there is time for a chat or a joke. Everyone is very polite and of excellent quality.
The whole programme was excellent organised with plenty of networking events that enable to meet a lot of senior managers and colleagues.
The training is on going and the company is really interest in our developement.

The Culture
In the technology department we were 21 interns and we had excellent relationships and organised several events together.
The cost of living in the area I worked is quite expensive.
There are many restaurants and pubs for a drink after work!
We had many events for socialising, like sports activities and volantary work that were really excellent.
