The Role
Combining the experience I have gained through this job and the people I have met; this has been one of the most enjoyable jobs I have undertaken.
Staff were eager to help whenever I was stuck completing a task or serving a customer.
The structure of the training program does just enough to give you the right balance, you have space to work on your own as well as managers to help you every step of the way.
There was a constant flow of activity in our branch and never was there a dull day.
I was responsible for making sure the books balanced for a particular part of the business as well as making sure customer satisfaction was up to its targeted levels.
The leadership skills gained from the experience is what I appreciate the most from the job. As mentioned in the duties for the job you gain and get to work on a variety of skills.
The Company
There was always a buzz about the branch especially at the beginning of the working day.
I was given a portion of time to complete a journal which helped to train me in new areas of the business. I was also given training sessions by the manager and staff at the branch which made me feel valued as the company was giving up time to train me.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very appealing, I have already recommended the internship along with the graduate jobs that are going with the organisation to my friends and family.
