    • I was given more responsibilities than other interns, i assume.

    • Looking into real market and finding out what really investors look for were great experience which academic institutions could not provide.

    • Hardwork, Friendly, supportive.

    • I thought it was well organised, and support from HR was clear and immediate.

    • Such programmes like networking training, network with senior staff etc. were a big investment.
