The Role
Very enjoyable internship, different rotations to discover different parts of the bank, multiple events
Very enjoyable work atmosphere
Guided by managers and analysts to perform work as much as possible even for time constrained projects
Never bored, and always had an active project or two at hand
I was given responsibilities on active projects and on multiple cases, and attended and participated in meetings
After the internship I have gained valuable knowledge on how RBS and investment banking works and the different skills needed to succeed in the sector

Perfect organisation and coordination between HR, analysts organising events and line managers
Multiple training sessions and events were organised to train us and help us adapt to our different positions

The Culture
Great social scene, many events are organised between employees within and outside of the bank
RBS HQ in Liverpool street had many shops and restaurants with different price ranges. A lot of choice.
Right next to Shoreditch, busy nightlife, full of hipsters too!
Took part in 2 CSR events and many others are organised within the bank
