The Role
I am really happy about the internship.
All colleagues are willing to help when I have a question. They always spare their time and walk me through the process/difficulty/solution when I go to them.
My managers gave me 100% support and guidance and all I have to do was to ask.
Managers gave me clear objectives and goals that I could coordinate my workload. It depends on how I arrange my work. I could be either hectic or laid-back as long as I have my work done.
I started with little responsibility, such as admin work, to individually drive a (small) change.
It helped me understand project management within technology.
The Company
People here are helpful and kind. I haven't seen anything like The Wolf of Wall Street in the office.
I received a detailed down-to-hours schedule for the whole ten weeks. All training and events started and ended promptly.
Managers and colleagues were willing to train me.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I would certainly like the graduate scheme offer and work in RBS.
The Culture
We have a whatsapp group and go to pub a lot!
What can I say? It's London.
Again, what can I say? It's London.
We have CSR challenge to raise money for a charity.
