The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the company, though the reason it doesn not score full marks is that my top interests don't lie in the retail industry.
A very good company policy to treat everyone as equals and as important whether you are the CEO or an intern.
Great support provided when pro-active, however role incorporated a lot of individual responsibility.
Big organisation take longer to process decisions, so sometimes I was left bored.
Running the show!
Couldn't have learnt more: The ins and outs of the retail industry and how small businesses operate and an insight in how an energy super-industry works.
The Company
Too quiet in Staines office. London office was fun.
Very organised, though sometimes you needed to chase HR.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Confident for a placement following university
The Culture
Very good in London, not so much in Staines. After work drinks were pretty regular.
Old mans office, no nightlife!
Graduate network provided many opportunities.
