The Role
The company itself is a great place to learn. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. A more traditional transparent picking system for the desks may help and more info about each desk before starting would be very helpful
Everyone not only encouraged me to ask questions and take on responsibility, buy thanked me good work and worked me through any mistakes made
Mixed from team to team. Largely dependent on type of work and number on team.
Good mix of intense short term work and longer project based work
Lots of responsibility if you want to take it.
Everything from excel to communication. Invaluable learning experience
The Company
Serious but enjoying. Lots of joking around, but a good work ethic
Lots of activities and learning opportunities. However maybe more emphasis on trying to organise day desk swaps would be very useful
Rbs are 100% behind further education. I want to pursue my cfa qualifications and they are very supportive of this already
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Very interesting and diverse place to work which is still undergoing lots of change. This may seem negative but could present great opportunities for the future
The Culture
Very good. From heading for drinks at the manager's flat to playing 5 a side on tuesday
London is very expensive. End of.
Very good, but very expensive
Lots of opportunity from sports to charity to networking
