The Role
Thoroughly enjoyable, met some great people on the internship and within my team. Work was challenging and enjoyable.
Team were extremely friendly and helpful. They were also extremely grateful for the work I had done and they made me feel as if I had added real value to their work.
Manager was on holiday for a number of weeks but he always made sure I knew who to ask for help and that I had plenty of work to do while he was away.
Enough work to keep me busy throughout the day but it fluctuated so some days I could of completed more work if given.
Not a lot of chances to take on extra responsibility.
Extremely helpful learning VBA and the skills on excel.
The Company
Really great team and atmosphere, other grads around to talk to and lots of lunches and drinks with both the interns and the teams.
Well structured and organised, only one event when all the interns went out together with the bank though.
Had training on outlook and filesite as well as a presentation course. All very useful.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Slightly confusing system on how to get a job following the internship.
