The Role
I enjoyed it a lot
I was given challenging work that required me to learn a lot
I talked with my line manager every day and he gave me objectives I had to meet. Also the HR people supported the interns a lot by setting up talks, lunches, networking events etc.
It was a good balance for an intern and especially compared to the markets and IB people, they looked super busy every waking hour, which wouldn't have suite me as well.
I was given a "sideline" project that wasn't critical but helped the rest of my team work more efficiently.
Experience will look super good, opportunity to get a grad job and taught me about working hard on a regular basis which should help with my studies.
The Company
Friendly and approachable where people felt able to speak honestly
The HR intern/grad recruitment people organised everything very well!

high, but there's always tesco and a pub can only be so expensive.
fun!
some organised things but not much, most were based around work or work time for interns.
