The Role
The internship was very well organised by the HR team with a lot of events, networking sessions and socials.
The colleagues give you real experience and value your work.
People are generally very supportive, if you have questions they are ready to help.
Very busy.
The work you do goes to clients and therefore you feel you've really made an impact.
You develop both social, personal and technical skills throughout the internship and become a more well-rounded person.
The Company
The atmosphere is nice. People sometimes joke and chat to make the atmosphere more lively.
The HR team did a great job and organised everything very well.
Training was 1 week long and great. We had both technical training as well as personal development sessions.
Company Parties/Events
The company is hiring and prospects look positive.
The Culture
yes, other interns were sociable and friendly as welll.
London is quite an expensive place, but that's normal.
I worked in the Citi so it's business focused.
Work is demanding and time is scarce.
