The Role
I have enjoyed my 10-week internship very much. I can recommend the learning experience it is to have an internship in Citi to everyone.
All my colleagues have taken very good care of my. They have valued my opinions and listened to me when I have had questions.
I have been given support such that I have felt that I have been taken care of, and I have been given guidance such that I could do the best job possible, so that I could impress my seniors and receive an full-time offer.
I have had enough work to do on a day-to-day basis. I have not been forced to work long hours, but I have chosen to do so to get a lot of work done and impress my colleagues. I have worked not longer than 12 hour days.
I have been given a lot of responsibility during my internship. I have been to meetings with clients and sent out material I have produced to a lot of more senior people.
I have developed the practical skills you don't learn at the university. I will utilize the insight I have gained on the industry in my further studies.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office has been really good. People are happy and social, but at the same time want to accomplish a lot
The internship in Citi has been very professionally set up. I have felt very good taken care of since my first interview. The internship has very well tested and I have found nothing that Citi could have done better
The company has flow me internationally to order for me to get the best training possible on my field. I could not ask for more in terms of personal training and development.
