The Role
The team around me and the jobs I am given make this easily worthwile!
The team accepted me very quickly and were already entrusting me with important tasks from literally day one!
The Management display a keen interest in your progress and duties at work, with regular meetings to discuss your experiences and evaluate your last month.
Generally very busy, it is not stressful work but a great steady flow as the workload is effectively managed and organised.
The responsbility is rather large and great considering the fact you are still an undergraduate and for many, this may be their first time in serious office employment. It isn't daunting levels or anything such, but easily manageable and really helps you to integrate and feel valued in the team.
The experiences and skills I have developed, been trained and the advice from other colleagues have really helped immensely in my understanding of my degree and its contents.
The Company
It is a professional environment but it is a great atmosphere where everyone treats you with respect and courtesy no matter what your role is. This environment is something that the compnay really promotes and is genuinely really good to work in.
The internship scheme has been running for many years and the HR department along with others in the company are very accomodating and have easily dealt with any issues or questions I had.
The company encourages you to accept any training courses they offer and generally they are very useful and a great opportunity to exploit to both parties benefit.

I would jump at any chance to become a full-time employee of such a corporation as previous students have. It is a brilliant company to work for.
The Culture
The students are encouraged to live together and because of such, the students have formed great friendships and social links very easily and quickly, meaning that it feels like a home from home and you don't miss univeristy at all really.
The socialising isn't the best, when compared to bigger cities like Newcastle or Birmingham but being so close to London by train and having great pubs and bars, the area also has Reading University just up the road, so many student bars and clubs exist to have a great night in!
Bracknell nightlife is something I have yet to experience but from all reports, it is not something I am missing out on.
The company encourages extra-work activities from informing you of local sports centres and running a company football team that competes against businesses from the local area, to having a dedicated sportshall that runs many activites from Yoga, 5 a-side football, badminton and with a sauna and games room.
