The Role
very enjoyable and I'm learning a lot!
everyone here is really friendly!
My manager is very approachable and always willing to help me when I need her
the workload seemed heavy at first but now i'm used to the load
The more confident I become, the more I am trusted to do more important jobs
the exposure and experience i am building is invaluable
The Company
Good balance between work and fun!
It's the 6th year the scheme is running here so the placement student has a wide variety of tasks and responsibilties that are solely exclusive to the role!
I am almost always allowed to go on justified training courses
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
its more dependant on more to impress the company and then apply for a position if one becomes available
The Culture
I dont really see much of the other students as they wrk at another branch
i live at home in a different time, only come to this town to work
it's alright, nothing to shout about
