The Role
I loved it.
Very open plan offices- made me feel valued and able to approach anyone, however senior.
I felt I could ask my line manager for guidance.
I was busy but still had time to network and shadow other roles.
I was given tasks to perform which were important for the team.
The training and experience was really useful for my future career.
The Company
It was a collegiate and happy place to work.
Very well structured programme with lots of great intern events like dragon boat racing!
The training before we hit the desks was thorough and helpful.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I would love to continue my career in HSBC.
The Culture
The other interns were friendly and motivated. We all had similar interests and I hope to keep in touch with them.
Quite expensive but I factored that in.
Very fun, lots of bars and restaurants.
Client entertainment were the most enjoyable opportunities.
