The Role
Very nice people and nice culture
Easy to get along with
This is the best part- my team is so good in terms of guidance and care- I am sincerely grateful
Hours are super- pretty much 9-5 job
Quite a lot- when one of my team member was off for vacation, I almost completely took over her job for a week
Training is another strong point of RBS- both soft skill and technical skill trainings are really helpful and applicable to future careers as well
The Company
Fantastic
It is good overall, although sometimes notices are a bit last-minute
Very much- we got trainers from the best training companies
Quite good
The Culture
Yes definitely
Fairly good
People tend to go home early, but sometimes they party hard
Yes, RBS organised many casual networking events for us, which were some real fun
