The Role
I greatly enjoyed my internship.
I felt quickly accepted as a part of the team, and my contributions were appreciated.
Both formal support in the form of a two day presentational skills workshop, but as importantly, if not more so, was the constant willingness to answer questions. It also was made clear what was expected of me to be successful.
Fairly busy, but within office hours.
A good balance between responsibility and guidance.
Generally, the confidence from successfully completing my internship is a great advantage. Specifically. the presentation skills workshop I completed will be very useful at university and afterwards.
The Company
Friendly, supportive and a constant change in who was in the office and who was out with clients.
Very well organised.
A two day presentational skills workshop and being constantly reassured that questions would be welcomed.
National Travel
Very appealing. Have accepted the offer they made me.
The Culture
Yes, even though no formal event in the six weeks I was there I was invited to informal lunches and after work drinks.
Commuted from home.
Good.
Some, though the summer was a fairly quiet time of year in the office.
