The Role
Really well structured, given real tasks and was allowed to make an impact in my team.
Used the skills I had and have left technology that the team will continue to use.
Good support from management.
The work was busy but reasonable. If work was not done due to valid reasons it was acceptable. Want to keep busy so having work was better than not having much.
A lot of responsibility but as a team the responsibility was shared.
Lots of new technical skills acquired, along with team work, professional, presentation skills.
The Company
Chilled out atmosphere, where people were friendly and would easily talk to you.
Very well organised, had intern social events, talks, training, handbook.
A lot of online courses available, extra training talks and fun group exercises.

The Culture
Yes lots of us lived together and socialised daily.
Fairly standard living costs for the UK.
Holiday town so summer internship is perfect time to be there.
There were a few but the 10 weeks fell outside a lot of events.
