The Role
The overall placement was cery enjoyable. Support was always given and my colleagues were always very kind
I integrated well with my team. It was also very good to meet with my old team members from last year
Guidance was there when requested.
The work designated to me was of a good standard and quantity. Time management was easy especially after experience last year so I fulfilled surplus tasks and delivered over my quota
The task I was given was owned by me for the duration of the placement
Last year showed this very clearly to me
The Company
As all offices can be dull I'm not sure on the validity of this question. My experience with overall good working and personal relationships with the team allowed periods of humour in the office. Predominantly it was a more work structured environment
Good training setup on my tasks. Enjoyable work structure. Good continual feedback routes. Could gave improved initial enrolment with security clearance etc
Much better last year. Lots of costs and theredore training initiatives have bren scrapped
