  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Apart from my first week (which is always slow) I always had work to do. My objectives clearly set out what jobs I was required to complete and ensured I had a good level of work all the way through to my final day.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • My communication skills significantly improved during this placement. I was required to work with colleagues from other teams and departments to complete the module overhaul and to keep many others up-to-date on progress. Secondly, my MATLAB skills were developed as I had to debug and use many codes to obtain data for a report I was writing. These skills, amongst others I developed during this placement will definitely come in useful as I go into my final year at university.
