The Role
I found the people I was working with very welcoming, the company ethics and core values implemented at all levels and the work challenging I was provided with enough support to be able to understand and complete it.
I was made to feel very welcome by all my colleagues at all levels of the team that I was working with
I feel I was given a much support as I asked for, and initally I asked for quite a bit of guidance. I don't think this was frowned upon, however I was encouraged to work as independently as I could on certain tasks.
I feel I was busy most of the time.
I was given as much responsibility as my abilities allowed, during six weeks on the clients site the first few were spent learning about the actual project, therefore I was not experienced enough to 'run the show' but my tasks provided me with the right amount responisibilty.
The skills I picked up during my placements were most definitely transferable.
