About You
I was sat with a great supervisor who made me feel welcome, wanted and appreciated at all times. I really enjoyed it! My placement with the client was a little less enjoyable however as they weren't as welcoming.
The department I was in made me feel extremely welcome and valued. Everyone always had a smile on their face and kind words !
The quality of information/guidance was second to none - despite having a very high role at the firm my supervisor dedicated a lot of time to me and my work.
I have learnt how to time manage, how to communicate with people of all types/experiences and I have learnt how to work through difficult times so my time at Taylor Wessing has been invaluable!
The Company
Good balance of time at the office and group/presentation work. I would personally scrap time at the clients; it was unorganised and futile.
Good combination of fun and laughter with getting work done in silence.
My two supervisors at Taylor Wessing dedicated an immense amount of time to me; helping with my career options and simplifying complex ideas for. So glad that I had them!
A lot! I learnt that Taylor Wessing is a brilliant firm - everyone is treated equally and valued equally and that is essential. I know that whatever one chooses to do at Taylor Wessing they will be valued and supported.
Lots! The social events, going out to lunch with the partners and associates. I took away a lot!
Reaffirmed my decision in wanting to take law - so pretty good
Everything Else
Yes, travel expenses paid for but not lunches.
Definitely! Met so many people of all experiences and had quality discussions with them.
Leavers drinks was a little quiet but generally quite good
Yes, pro bono work, cycling charity runs and the bar!
One of the better work experiences I've been on! Would really consider working for TW when i'm older! Wouldn't recommend the clients office.
