The Role
I learned a lot from my internship(technical skills and soft skills)
My team bonded like a family, and I am glad to be in it :)
My manager supported me a lot throughout the internship. He would sit with me for the whole day when his diary is not too packed.
I am very busy during business hour, but I do get off work at about 6:00-6:30.
I was given an individual project during the internship, and gave a demo at the end of my internship. People really appreciated my project, but it is not the central business of the team.
Skills for life.
The Company
Friendly and fun, but it can be quite intense at times.
I think there are too many social events and talks, but that is a good thing :)
Most of the investment comes from my manager's time. The company also arranged many training workshops, but I apparently prefer my manager's personal coaching.
Company Parties/Events
Not too sure yet, but positive to get an offer.
The Culture
Good interaction :)
Expect central London prices.
Expect central London nightlife.
It's not too bad.
