The Role
I really enjoyed working in the networking team. Everyone in the company is welcoming and more than helpful, so even though you might get thrown in the deep end you will be able to find a number of people who can help you.
Interesting area of work, great bunch of people to work with
My manager and colleagues were very approachable and were always willing to help me.
Was kept at a constant pace throughout the internship.
I was 'thrown in the deep-end' by being given a large number projects to work on.
I think the skills I have learnt will benefit me for the rest of my studies and career. They are transferable skills and I know I will use them in every day situations.
The Company
The atmosphere was very relaxed - flexible working . The office is amazing and fun to work in.
I was given a training program on my first day which was great. However the program did change very often but every effort was always made to ensure that I was given the opportunity to complete everything I wanted to.
This was the aspect that made the placement so worth while for me. As mentioned previously, responsibility and opportunity was always given to me at every turn. Every day I learnt something new whether it be about business, the company or myself. I have developed greatly as a person and the placement has given me a huge advantage for my future.

The Culture
I was invited to a Facebook group as soon as I accepted the job which allowed people to sort out shared housing and events which would allow all the interns to get to know one another.
lived at home which was half an hours drive away from the office so for me it was free! There are lots of places around to go out which were relatively cheap and provided a good night out!
There were many establishment you can enjoy and relax.
There are always opportunities to get involved with placement students outside of work.
