The Role
I enjoyed going into work every day, as every single day brought about different experiences.
Everyone is treated equally, as a friend as well as a colleague and theer was a huge feeling of being part of a close-knit team.
Any questions were well received, and I was always very supported in every aspect by the management.
I was always very busy as I was at a busy branch, however even if the volume of customers is low, there is always something that needs to be done.
My responsibilities were increased throughout the placement, as my managers believed I could handle more and more as I found out more about the business and felt more comfortable doing so.
I was involved in endless amounts of customer interaction, which increased my confidence in this regard, and there was a big focus on sales, as well as a massive customer service ethos.
The Company
I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere in the office.
Faultless.
We stayed overnight in a hotel for training purposes, which made us feel valued and important.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
There is a great opportunity to go back to Enterprise, as they are a massive graduate employer.
The Culture
We enjoyed a healthy rapport with each other.
Cambridge is an expensive area to socialise, however I live in the area so am used to it!
Very good.
Not a huge amount, however only being there for 10 weeks didn't allow me to see everything that was available.
