About You
Yes, it was a very well planned scheme, with lots of social events and presentations planned.
Yes, people took the time to explain things to me and take me for coffee etc
The scheme itself was very structured, but time in the department less so.
Not particularly relevant for my course, but useful for my future career
The Company
Very, we had multiple events each day which ensured we never got bored
Really good social events which were great fun, although not hugely relevant to the job! People were on the whole nice
Yes, we had to complete self appraisals and discuss them with our supervisors.
Very well, I felt I had a good understanding as what life as a Linklaters lawyer
Yes, I was able to assess how well the trainees were treated by senior members of the firm
I already knew that I wanted to be a lawyer, this merely confirmed it.

Some opportunities, we spent a lot of time with the graduate recruitment partners and team, but I would have liked more time to meet trainees.
Great social events, they really made a big effort to impress us
