The Role
A really good year, I learnt a lot and devloped professionally and personally throughout the year. I was given real responsibility and built many contacts through the company
I worked in 2 great teams, everyone was friendly and supportive. I was trusted with some high profile reports and got client exposure
Both the line managers I had during the year were very supportive, helped me settle in and developed me as a person. I would be happy to work for them again!
Some days were long and always had a lot to do, this was good though because I was actively contributing to the team and was given real responsibility!
I was given support so never felt out of my depth but I was given the opportunity to take on real responsibility alongside high graduates.
Recieved a lot of on the job training which will help me when I graduate. My communication and time management skills were greatly enhanced during the year
The Company
Professional and hard working, I met some great people and there was always a good team atmosphere
Management support on my project and also a lot of support from HR both during initial training and through the year, there were several events organised which allowed me to meet the other interns at the company.
Given training initially but there was also training on the job.
