The Role
I really enjoyed my placement due to my team.
I felt like I was incredibly valued by my colleagues as they would always speak to me, include me in all that was going on and take time to help me out.
My line manager always gave me support. Even people from other teams would take time to talk to me about LBG.
I was usually busy however due to the fact that we were only there for 10 weeks sometimes you'd find that there was little to do as it was too much of a mammoth task.
I was given an incredible amount of responsibility during my placement. I would often help out my line manager with his tasks.
I have learnt some core skills to carry on to my future degree.
The Company
It was sometimes very tense due to the nature of my office, and some people did not always treat others with the greatest respect, however on the whole it was positive.
I understand that there were so many interns but I do believe there could be a more useful way of communicating our placements to us.
The webinars were not helpful.

I would love to work for LBG and think it's a wonderful organisation to work for. However it does not alway fit my interests.
The Culture
The social scene was good but there was a clear, snobby divide between the interns and the scholars.
London is too expensive!
