The Role
I really enjoyed it! Better than expected
Very much so
My managers were great! Ask for work, perform well and you;ll do great
Had stuff to do all the time
I was given serveral important projects to work on
I learned more than I could imagine. It is all on you, if you want to learn, ask questions, read the material etc. You are among experts that are happy to help
The Company
Yes, a very good atmosphere! I was positivly surprised, all employees where really nice and keen to take some time off to talk to you
Different depending on the area as we did rotations. 2 out of 3 were very organized and had lots for you to do, whereas one did not at all.
Very good. Great and friendly atmosphere at the company
The Culture
Yes very much! The interns got well along
Liverpool Street is great. In my opinion, there is more to do than in Canary Wharf
Definitly! RBS, comparing to other bank where my friends interned, had several activities a week outside of work
